On February 25th forty-two members of the North Texas Section attended our monthly Membership Lunch at Rudy’s BBQ in Frisco, Texas. This location for the past few years has had the biggest turnout of folks for a membership lunch. We met at noon in their meeting area which is private, and it is great for lunch and presentations. Our guest speaker was Mark Kelly from Park Place Motor Cars. Mark gave us an update on Mercedes-Benz electric cars, the future direction of Mercedes-Benz and the current specs and facts on the EV cars. Mark brought a new EQE for folks to see and touch. There were a lot of questions about electric cars, so this update was a chance to ask questions and get a better understanding of this new world of EV cars and Mercedes-Benz place in that new world of cars. Also, the BBQ was good.
